Built in 2018, this 3,500 square foot sanctuary offers luxurious accommodations for up to 10 guests. Tucked away along a private road, Sea Oats ensures complete seclusion while providing easy access to nearby amenities and a secluded beach just steps away.

- Gourmet Kitchen: The chef's kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances, custom cabinetry, and stone countertops. Bi-fold doors seamlessly connect the indoor dining area for 10 to the pool area, offering the best of outdoor dining with indoor comforts. Alfresco dining is available on the ocean deck, complete with a large gas barbecue grill.
- Oceanfront Living: Experience breathtaking ocean views from the living area's windows and the spacious Ocean Room. Wind down while watching the night embrace the island or catch up on entertainment with the 65” flat screen TV.
- Luxurious Bedrooms: Carefully designed for comfort, each bedroom is furnished with quality linens and toiletries. The Master bedroom boasts an ocean view, king-size bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a freestanding bathtub overlooking the ocean. The Guest bedroom offers a garden view and a king-size bed with an ensuite bathroom.
- Guest Cottage: Separate from the main house, the guest cottage features sea and pool views, a king-size bed, and an ensuite bathroom. Enjoy dual ocean views from the room's windows or relax on the Juliet balcony overlooking the garden.
- Staff Accommodation: Additional staff accommodation is available upon request, perfect for bringing a nanny or personal chef.
- Concierge Services: Sea Oats is a full concierge property, offering guests access to services such as grocery provisioning, golf cart rentals, and boat slips at Sea Spray Resort or nearby marinas for an additional fee.
Additional Amenities: The property includes a washer and dryer, extra freezer, and backup generator for added convenience. Daily maid service is included with rentals, and discounts are not available.
Terms and Conditions: A double security deposit is required for parties with children under 10 years old. No pets or events are permitted. Please note that a $5000 security deposit is required. $10,000 with kids over 10.

The house was beautifully designed, incredibly spacious, and kitchen was well stocked. House location was in the middle from Sea Spray Marina and Hope town - about a 10 min golf cart ride each way. The house has a vast amount of windows, letting in lots of natural sunlight and gorgeous oceanside views. Joanne was incredibly helpful with the house management, island recommendations, and any personal accommodations we requested. Our family had an amazing vacation exploring, boating, and relaxing in Elbow Cay!

It was all good .. need Yoga mats , flippers and snorkels ,,may be some surf boards . Weather was mixed but the location is incredible and we had a fabulous time . Joanne could not have been kinder or more helpful .

The online listing does not do the Sea Oats house/property justice. The home is new and clean, and you really can't beat the gorgeous ocean view with direct access to the beach. Highly recommend!

This house is amazing. Great location, right on the beach, great pool, and all top end amenities. A perfect house for a large family, or multiple families. Kerry and Hilary were also extremely helpful and very accessible. We are looking forward to our next trip down to the Abacos and will certainly look to stay here again. A truly memorable experience. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone looking for the finer things in a vacation rental, with an amazing attention to detail. An absolute gem in the Abacos
