Weekly rates for Point of View range from $2000 to $3600, contingent upon the number of guests and the season. Please note that rates are subject to change, even after the commencement of rentals, based on any alterations in the number of guests.

A Point Of View is a comfortable little house for a couple to have a relaxing stay with breathtaking views of both the Atlantic and Abaco Sound. It is newly rebuilt and the furnishings are a tad sparse but it was enough for what we needed. The bed was comfy and it was clean and well maintained.

Exactly as described. The pictures do not do the view justice. Absolutely amazing, unobstructed views of sunrise and sunset.
Functional kitchen - we cooked our fresh fish 4 of 6 nights we were there. Dishwasher was a nice touch.
Comfortable king bed, amazing walk in shower, washer and dryer.
My fiancé and I stayed here for 6 nights in March. We were absolutely blown away by how nice this place is. Everyone involved in check-in and check-out was helpful and kind. We rented a boat and kept at the dock just down the road. I recommend a golf cart to get in and out of town.

My family and I had a wonderful time. We had not visited before and were so grateful that we had such an incredible location. The views were amazing, the proximity to pristine beaches, everything was a dream come true. We absolutely fell in love with Hope town and point of view in particular.

This was a fantastic experience all around. We immediately felt at home, as everything we needed was supplied for us and all of the highest quality. The bed sheets were silky smooth and the towels luxurious. Wifi was good and we were able to use all our tech with no problem. Jamie was a great host and we loved puttering around the island, from beach to beach in our golf carts ! Both the Morning and Evening views from the decks were breathtaking , and as the opening to the Bay was in front of us, we were able to watch the boats as the approached the Island.

It was great outside of the fact that we were not aware the 3rd bedroom loft was over and open above the master bedroom. This certainly was not expected and we had 3 adult couples in the house which made 2 couples uncomfortable.

We are sorry for any inconvenience, however, it does state in the description that loft is open. "There is also a loft open to the bedroom below featuring a double-size bed and cozy sitting area with gorgeous ocean views."
