Wyannie's Landing

From our back upper deck we overlooked and had access to the beach and ocean. Wyannie’s Landing was a comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath. We were thankful this home had a generator because on the island the electricity commonly goes off. Thank you for providing a warm and very friendly place!

We really like staying in Hope Town. The Wyannie house was perfectly located. Nearby Vernon’s, PO Dock, our own pier for rental boat and fun nights at Capt Jacks. Having sunrise views on one side of house and sunsets on harbor side were extraordinary!

Perfect house!Everything in the description of this home is true.Perfect location in town,well stocked and very well layed out if somebody needs quiet time.Front of house has views of the habour,back of the Atlantic Ocean. Absolutely beautiful! Either view is a great way to start or end your day

Completely equipped, comfortable and relaxing getaway! Nice to have a dock and beach -- perfect for us!

We have been coming to Elbow Key since ‘96. First time in this house. Cannot say enough nice things about Wyannie’s Landing. Perfect location. Spotless & well stocked. We have already booked for next year!

Excellent location and accommodation. Gorgeous view of the ocean, beach and harbor from the front and back decks. 5 minute walk to docks and ferry. Very comfortable with 3 good size bedrooms and 2 baths. Will rent again next year!

We had a great time in Hopetown on our first stay. The house was the perfect size for our family of 5. The view is beautiful out the back door of the ocean. We also enjoyed sitting on the front porch drinking coffee and watching everyone walk by. It is quaint house in a great area.

Due to a tropical storm, we were delayed on leaving the island so Elbow Cay Properties found us a new house to stay in for the night. This 3 bed 2 bath is a great house! Large bedrooms, kitchen fully stocked, charcoal grill, very clean and the best part is the view of the beach! Right in town, convenient to everything, great front and back porches. There are no stairs from the house to the beach, but I believe that is due to Dorin and they haven't been rebuilt, so it is a steep decline/incline - but manageable. Would definitely recommend this house.

The house was spacious and well stocked. Arrival was a seamless process. On the living room table a nice 3 ring binder is provided with details on the house and area, unfortunately the information regarding the wifi was not accurate. We spent 4 days trying to connect based on the details provided. We had a medical emergency and needed to rebook flights and hospital arrangements. It was not until the day of departure we learned the wifi box was new and the connection information provided was inaccurate. Very disappointing and stressful. I would highly recommend the owner/management check to ensure accuracy of information.

We've just spent a week at Wyannie's Landing in Hopetown. The house has plenty space for 6 guests (although we are a family of 4). The location is perfect, and the view from the master bedroom is breathtaking. Conveniently located in the settlement, you can easily walk to the market or little shops in town. The house has its own dock, however be aware that's in front of another property
across the street (which I believe belongs to the same owner). It didn't bother us, but you pretty much will be walking forth and back in front of this house where people will be watching you from their living room. The house was very clean, beautifully decorated, with plenty towels and house supplies. My only suggestion it's that owners provide some placemats to prevent guests from ruining their beautiful/new furniture. I would strongly recommend this house to anyone seeking a comfortable, nice looking, well located house in Hopetwon that fits up to 6 people!

Old style Bahamian House remodeled and close to town with private dock..doesn't get any better.

The Elbow Cay Properties staff were great to work with - we loved the property location and amenities, though concerned with the property maintenance, i.e. generator not working initially requiring starter battery replacement, A/C not working intermittently, and ran out of propane gas for cooking.

We had some travel challenges on our way to elbow quay and arrived very late, the staff were so helpful and we could not have asked for more. Waking the next morning to see our great home for the week and it's fantastic surroundings was areal treat. The property was fantastic and the island is extremely relaxing. Thank you to all the staff it was an effortless vacation and we loved Wyannie's Landing

Wyannie's Landing offers access to the beach and to town, easy peasy, and we have always liked that combination. Seeing and partaking in the goings on is easy from this house. Also, if you want to swim or just look at the ocean, that is your backyard.

We have stayed in many places in and around Hope Town and Wyannie’s Landing was better than advertised. Incredible ocean side decks, nice porch to watch town activity and it’s own harbor side boat slip just steps away. Kitchen had everything needed. Furnishings and TV and WiFi all up to date. A great 2 week stay.

We rented Wyannie's Landing in the settlement of Hopetown for a week in June. The house was fabulous, newly renovated, in an ideal location. Steps from everything in Hopetown, a dock out the front door and beautiful ocean beach out the back door. We sat every morning on the lovely deck to watch the sunrise. Elbow Cay rentals was very helpful and responsive throughout the rental process.

Such a lovely cottage and the location was truly ideal for the four of us! The two sun decks overlooking the gorgeous ocean was our favorite place to read, have cocktails and just enjoy the spectacular views. We loved the cozy and fresh living room and dining room... and both bedrooms were so very comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again and plan to book with ECP again in September/October!

This is a very quaint older home that has been extensively remodeled and updated. It is within 200 yards of almost everything in Hope Town. The dock is conveniently located just across the “street” from the house. Sharing it with the harbour-front cottage proved not to be a problem. The, what appeared to be new, generator was handy as the power was off for several intervals. The generator, I might add, is fully automatic. The spiral staircase proved to be a head bumper and an effort to avoid walking under it is advised. Altogether, a very nice spot.

Our family has enjoyed staying in the same house most visits although we have stayed in a few other houses in Hopetown. The village is active and beautiful. We like being a part of the town and the ebb and flow of day; students heading to school and returning home, families strolling, familiar faces and friends, stopping for conversations, and the beach and harbor never far away.

Great house for a family. Easy to walk to everything. The kitchen was nicely stocked with what you need for a two week stay. Recently remodeled and everything seemed new. Would recommend from a long time Hope Town renter.

It was unseasonably cold but we still had a great time. The generator came in handy!
