On the main floor, two master king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are situated on opposite ends of the house, separated by the living room and kitchen. The well-equipped kitchen boasts modern stainless steel appliances, abundant cooking utensils, a walk-in pantry, and stunning views of the Sea of Abaco. Choose between two dining areas, comfortably seating six guests indoors or outdoors.
- Elegant Living Space: The living room offers new sofas, satellite TV, a smart TV, and a small desk, providing a cozy space for relaxation and entertainment.
- Luxurious Upper Suite: Upstairs, a king suite awaits with a private bathroom and breathtaking views of the Sea of Abaco. For an even higher vantage point, step out onto the overlook accessible from the second floor, offering 360-degree views of the island.
- Outdoor Paradise: Step outside to the wrap-around decks, where you can dine and unwind while admiring the picturesque Sea of Abaco. On the ground level, an outdoor shower awaits, providing convenience after beach outings. Access the beach directly via steps leading from the property.
- Boating Convenience: While Topside does not have a dedicated dock slip, guests can utilize the North End Dock on a first-come, first-served basis, accommodating vessels up to 32 feet.

Exclusions: Topside does not accommodate children under 10 years old or host weddings or special events.
