We will definitely be back and hope to return to Brigadune. We started a tradition of writing names on a shell and putting them under the palm tree, it may be nice for everyone to know those that get to share time in this beautiful house on this special island.

August 6th 2017 – I enjoyed spending my milestone 50th birthday at your beautiful home. My 8 girlfriends and I had an epic, memorable 4 days in Paradise. From Captain Plug to meeting the pigs, to Nippers and Tahiti Beach… The days were a constant surprise of amazing experiences. Birthday dinner at Firefly was a perfect ending to the trip. This was our first trip to Hope Town and it has made a lasting impression on al of use. Definitely sad to leave. Looking forward to another adventure. Love and sandy toes…

We had a great time! Beautiful house! The outdoor shower was the best at night with warm water and a beaming moon! The ocean breeze at night was AMAZING, the hot tub was a perfect idea, and the hammock was very peaceful. Our favorite memory was picking up sea glass down by the beach! We found so many beautiful pieces that were very pretty. The house is very clean and well thought! Our favorite restaurant was the Hope Town Inn & Marina, it was delicious! Thank you so much for letting us use your little paradise!

July 24th – July 30th – The week has flown by… I sit now this last day of our stay watching the beautiful sunrise and listening to the waves. This is our first time staying in Hope Town and we have absolutely loved it. What a special place you have here in paradise. Brigadune is fabulous. We enjoyed Pete’s Pub, Tilloo Cay, Sandy Cay snorkeling, Cracker P’s… just to name a few, there is so much! We plan to be back very soon.

WE GOT MARRIED! The first week with all of my bridesmaids, and the second with my husband! Everything was absolutely perfect! Party at Cracker P’s Thursday night, lunch at Flamingo Villas Friday, rehearsal dinner with Miss Anna Sweetpot at Lavender Cottage, and wedding at Hope Town Harbour Lodge. We loved laying on the deck, snorkeling, eating lots of yummy foods (My Fav (Stephens too!) was the rock lobster linguine from the Harbour’s Edge), hearing great bands, and swimming in the gorgeous water. We don’t want to leave! Thank you for absolutely everything! We love you so much!

Brigadune has to have the most beautiful views of any home in Hope Town. From early morning sunrise to late night star gazing. We had three generation, 6 people, and the house served us well. My parents loved the upstairs bedroom with open windows and the lighthouse beam.

What a beautiful experience we had. This home is extraordinary! The outside shower with warm water was the best! Hot tub fun with the Atlantic breeze was a big hit. Great location, great setup, great views and lifetime memories. Thanks for letting us borrow this paradise!

We had an awesome stay at Brigadune. This was our second trip to Abaco but our first time staying directly on the beach. Perfect location and close to all restaurants and the boat dock. The house was mostly equipped we everything we needed. It did not have a blender but one was delivered to the house when we inquired about it. The view, breeze and proximity to the water was perfect. We have already booked for next year! The staff was very helpful when we needed them and the house was very clean.

Brigadune is spectacular! I think it is about the best place to stay if you want easy access to a gorgeous beach and all the amenities of staying in town. We stayed the first week of March 2016, the weather was gorgeous so we were able to swim in front of the house and we walked and walked that beach everyday. We rented a boat for three days from Island Marine which had a private dock close to Capn Jack’s that we could use to tie up to and not have to worry about space at the public dock. Firefly Resort picked us up in town when we wanted to have dinner with a sunset on the Sea of Abaco. The home was spacious, comfortable and so cool with all of the breezes and windows. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was important for a group of 6 adults of ages varying from 21-81. Baked goods at Vernon’s store were wonderful. The Harbor view Grocery had most things you might need. Wine Down Sip -Sip is terrific for a light meal and a nice drink. I thought I would read more, but I just couldn’t stop watching the palm trees swaying in the breeze and watching the waves roll in. It was so relaxing. I highly recommend Brigadune as well as working with the good people at Elbow Cay Properties. They were quick to answer questions or fix minor things.

We had a wonderful stay. This is our third trip to Hopetown and now that we have stayed ‘on the beach’, nothing else will do! There was always an ocean breeze which was appreciated as it was very hot there in July! The house was as described; one thing to be aware of , if you have younger children, all bedrooms are accessed via exterior decks/stairs, there are no interior stairways. Other than that, no complaints at all, I would definitely stay here again if I were to return. Munchies was our favorite place to eat, not only was it the least expensive but it also had the best food!

We had an awesome week. The kids never wanted to go out for dinner. They loved being on the beach and I loved having the outdoor shower! The location for us with the boys was perfect. They could go up to the third floor balcony and see who was on the basketball court and then head over. We had no trouble finding dock space at the public dock and it was an easy walk. Of course, Vernons grocery was a daily stop for pie and more pie! We had friends over a couple of times for fish dinner that our guys caught while out fishing with Justin and Maitland and we easily had room for 6 adults and 7 kids gathered around two tables. The pictures don’t show the nice table out on the deck facing the lighthouse and the additional folding chairs found in the twin bedroom closet by the kitchen. The kitchen had everything we needed. We have stayed in many rentals all over Hopetown and I have to say this house is hard to beat. I found myself getting up so I wouldn’t miss the sunrise over the water. And in the evening we could view the lighting of the lighthouse. We have some great pictures and great memories. Hope to come back to Brigadune again!
